Regional Operations Manager - QLD
ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Empowering team leaders to achieve 100% of KPIs.
  • Creating regular schedule of meetings and communication with team leaders
  • Identifying talent pool of clinicians for succession planning (promotions, secondments etc.) via TL feedback mechanisms (e.g. monthly meetings)
  • supporting Vivir cultural drivers for strategic goals of developing HC and DS (leading by example)
  • Motivating, recognising & celebrating behaviours that support Vivir strategy - in conjunction with People and Culture
  • Executing operations strategy for region
  • Achieving monthly revenue /margin targets
  • Winning new business with existing customers
  • Successfully implementing organic growth business won in partnership with other teams (e.g. Home Care, SRT)
  • Oversee recruitment & scheduling activities to minimise Team Leader 'unbillable' and 'supplementary' pay per fortnightly Finance report

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE:

  • Have a Bachelor Degree as a Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist or Osteopathy
  • Hold Full General AHPRA registration
  • Experience in a senior aged care role
  • Have a passion for delivering superior service and making lives better
