Support at Home Program – The Australian Government’s Support at Home Program is designed to help older adults access personalised home care services that support independent living and wellbeing. Through our allied health home care services, including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, and dietetics, we deliver restorative support that helps improve strength, mobility, confidence, and everyday function, enabling you to remain safe and independent at home.
Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) – The Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) provides subsidised home care services to help older adults continue living independently in their own homes. For clients with CHSP funding, we offer a range of allied health services at home, including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, dietetics and speech pathology. Our experienced clinicians provide personalised in-home support to help you remain connected to your community and maintain your independence.
