What is the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)?

Am I eligible for the NDIS?
To determine eligibility, go to: http://www.ndis.gov.au/ndis-access-checklist.htmlor contact the NDIS on 1800 800 110 to make an access request or get in contact with a local area coordinator who can assist you.
What services can Vivir offer under the NDIS?
Vivir Healthcare are pleased to be able to support you with physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, dietetics and exercise physiology services. If you are an NDIS participant and would like more information, please call Vivir healthcare on 1300 184 847.
I am a NDIS participant, how do I access services from Vivir?
If you are an NDIS participant, you can access our services by requesting your local area coordinator and/or support coordinator to assist. Alternatively, you can contact Vivir directly on 1300 184 847 or email ndis@vivir.com.au for more information.
