Train the Trainer
Our Train the Trainer method can also empower nurses and carers to become manual handling champions to reinforce a positive manual handling culture and reduce workplace injuries.
Format:
Manual handling theory & practical: 2 hours (clinical staff) 1 hour (non-clinical staff)
Annual refresher/ competency (practical only): 1 hour
