Vivir, pronounced 'Viv-eer', is Spanish for 'to live'. At Vivir Healthcare we embody this and carry a zest for life and healthy lifestyles in the way we work and support the Australian community.
Established in 2000, we connect our clinicians with healthcare providers, private users and NDIS participants to deliver individualised care assisted by our dedicated support team, that enable us to make a difference together. Our trusted name has led Vivir Healthcare to become one of the best-known providers of allied health workforce solutions to the aged care sector across Australia. This is thanks to our allied healthcare professionals, embracing industry challenges and striving for better health outcomes for older adults all around the country.
Our mission

That's why we bring physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, and dietetics directly to you, wherever you call home, across every major funding stream. Our history
Vivir Healthcare was established in response to Australia’s changing funding framework for the healthcare sector, specifically service delivery to residents in aged care facilities. As early adopters of this model, Vivir quickly developed networks of professional clinicians qualified to meet the changing workforce needs of our clients.
- Founded in 2000, Vivir was one of Australia’s first providers of allied health services within residential aged care facilities.
- In 2015, Vivir Healthcare became a fully owned business unit within the Chandler Macleod Group of companies.
- In 2017, the Chandler Macleod Group integrated with a global recruitment and technologies company – Recruit Global Staffing.
- In 2021, the Chandler Macleod Group was rebranded RGF Staffing APEJ, representing multiple recruitment, payroll, and HR specialist businesses. Being part of RGF Staffing provides Vivir Healthcare with the technical resources, financial backing, and broad range of expertise that ensures Vivir Healthcare continues to grow.
- In 2023, RGF Staffing APEJ was rebranded RGF Staffing ANZ.
