Telehealth To You is an innovative combined Allied Health service that goes beyond standard Telehealth. We offer Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy services.

Our Allied Health Professionals attend the appointment virtually whilst an Allied Health Assistant (AHA) attends the client’s home in-person.

How It Works:

​

  • The AHA will assist with the Telehealth Assessment in-person and in-home including: safe handling, measuring for home modifications, falls prevention, mobility equipment, nutrition and communication.

  • Our team will guide clients during the appointment, and are trained to manage technology and safety considerations in Telehealth. Our AHA will bring a device that is internet-connected, working under supervision with the Allied Health Professional via Telehealth.

  • Vivir AHAs can also attend equipment showrooms and support with equipment trials. All information is collated by the Allied Health Professional, who is responsible for providing a full report with recommendations.

  • We use a secure and protected server to guarantee the privacy and security of our clients’ personal and medical information.
