 Duties and Responsibilities:  

This role will focus on but is not limited to:-
  • To guide and assist Vivir Healthcare clinical operations and clients to ensure a safe and healthy place of work for Vivir’s workforce. 
  • To support and provide expert advice to the Quality, Risk and Safety department all Health and Safety matters and risks identified.
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders of Vivir to coordinate and address all Health and Safety matters work. 
  • Promote a positive health and safety culture within the Vivir business and its clients. 
  • Provide expert advice on all matters relating to occupational health and safety. 
  • Undertake occupational health and safety audits to monitor internal compliance with the Vivir’s and RGF’s Safety Framework.
  • Maintaining knowledge in relevant industry / sector

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Business or Administration experience
  • Good interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external Stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Intermediate or advance Microsoft Office skills. 
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
