We are excited to announce the launch of your new Vivir Learning platform as part of our rollout to improve the overall Professional Development experience for our clinicians.​


What is Vivir Learning?

Vivir Learning is our new Learning Management System (LMS) for Vivir Healthcare's clinicians. It provides a modern layout, greater accessibility across devices, and an improved user experience.


What does Vivir Learning offer?

  • Mandatory courses
  • Professional Development courses
  • Course recommendations based on your previous learning history
  • Webinars
  • Policies & resources
  • Your course progress


Vivir Learning also provides our clinicians with:

  • A better user experience
  • Easy access to our course library, webinars, and resources
  • Clear overview of PD completed
  • Easy overview of course categories


Clinicians can access their courses on their mobile or tablet device by downloading the ‘Learn Mobile App’ and inputting the ‘www.vivirlearning.com.au’ URL. The app is available for both iOS and android devices.

How Has Vivir Learning Performed So Far?

We spoke to our Clinical Excellence Manager, Annika Schramm, who led the launch of this platform, and asked her a few questions on how the system has performed so far.

What were your main drivers to invest in a new LMS?

We wanted to invest in a system that was easy and straightforward to use and improve the overall experience for our clinicians when completing their onboarding and professional development.


Why is access to an LMS important for your clinicians?

Allied health professionals are required to complete a certain amount of professional development each year. Having access to a system that offers a number of different courses and opportunities for learning and development is essential for our clinicians to maintain their registration and improve their overall clinical practice.

What does Vivir Learning offer to our new and your existing clinicians?

Vivir learning offers an easy and straightforward onboarding process with courses that can be completed across devices. It also provides us and new starters with good visibility around their progress.

Our existing clinicians are able to easily access our library of existing courses and resources, participate in webinars, access recommendations to see the newest or most relevant courses, and access a record of all their learning activity for future reference.


What has been the feedback since the launch of Vivir Learning?

The feedback has been great! In particular, we've had a very positive response around the user experience and ease of access of the learning materials.
