We can assist clients under a variety of home care funding models including:

Support at Home Program - The Support at Home Program is the Australian Government’s new in‑home aged care program, replacing Home Care Packages and Short‑Term Restorative Care. It provides flexible, personalised support to help older people stay independent and living safely at home.


Support is tailored to your individual needs and under this program, we provide short‑term restorative support, where our allied health team works with you to improve strength, mobility, and confidence.


Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) – CHSP offers a range of services at a subsidised rate to assist older Australians who wish to remain living at home. For those with CHSP funding we offer, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics, Speech Pathology and Exercise Physiology.
