Business Development Sales Manager

Join the dynamic team at Vivir Healthcare! We're on the lookout for a Business Development Sales Manager to become a vital part of our Operations team in either Sydney or Melbourne. This exciting opportunity offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a perfect balance with three days in the office and two days working remotely from the comfort of your home. As the successful candidate, you will lead a team of four direct reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This role will focus on but is not limited to;  
  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives within aged care, home care, and NDIS markets.
  • Formulate a comprehensive Business Development strategy aligned with annual revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and service lines to optimize our service offering and build market share.
  • Monitor customer activities to optimize clinician utilization in collaboration with Service Delivery.
  • Cultivate client relationships to drive business development and growth strategy.
  • Manage and forecast revenue growth to meet financial objectives.
  • Craft tailored proposals showcasing VIVIR Healthcare services.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts, ensuring alignment with goals and regulations.
  • Participate in industry events to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on regulations, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Maintain and update the client database.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare reports and forecasts on sales performance and market trends.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert, providing leadership within the Operations team.
  • Lead and manage Operations to deliver quality services aligned with business strategy.
  • Promote company culture and motivate team members.
  • Communicate and monitor Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) issues.
  • Ensure consistency and efficiency in operations processes.
  • Foster networks for business opportunities and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and the Quality Management System (QMS).
Essential Skills and Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong Operations management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage peers and senior leaders in the BD strategy.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude, with a focus on exceeding targets.
