Vivir Healthcare is recruiting a Regional Manger in Perth to drive growth and support our passionate team of Clinicians. The position would be ideal for an experienced Team Leader or manager who would looking to progress and challenge themselves in their next role.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Empowering team leaders to achieve 100% of KPIs.
  • Creating regular schedule of meetings and communication with team leaders
  • Identifying talent pool of clinicians for succession planning (promotions, secondments etc.) via TL feedback mechanisms (e.g. monthly meetings)
  • supporting Vivir cultural drivers for strategic goals of developing HC and DS (leading by example)
  • Motivating, recognising & celebrating behaviours that support Vivir strategy - in conjunction with People and Culture
  • Executing operations strategy for region
  • Achieving monthly revenue /margin targets
  • Winning new business with existing customers
  • Successfully implementing organic growth business won in partnership with other teams (e.g. Home Care, SRT)
  • Oversee recruitment & scheduling activities to minimise Team Leader 'unbillable' and 'supplementary' pay per fortnightly Finance report

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE

  • Have a Bachelor Degree as a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist
  • Hold Full General AHPRA registration
  • Experience in a senior aged care role
  • Have a passion for delivering superior service and making lives better
