Regional Operations Manager - WA
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Empowering team leaders to achieve 100% of KPIs.
- Creating regular schedule of meetings and communication with team leaders
- Identifying talent pool of clinicians for succession planning (promotions, secondments etc.) via TL feedback mechanisms (e.g. monthly meetings)
- supporting Vivir cultural drivers for strategic goals of developing HC and DS (leading by example)
- Motivating, recognising & celebrating behaviours that support Vivir strategy - in conjunction with People and Culture
- Executing operations strategy for region
- Achieving monthly revenue /margin targets
- Winning new business with existing customers
- Successfully implementing organic growth business won in partnership with other teams (e.g. Home Care, SRT)
- Oversee recruitment & scheduling activities to minimise Team Leader 'unbillable' and 'supplementary' pay per fortnightly Finance report

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE
- Have a Bachelor Degree as a Physiotherapist
- Hold Full General AHPRA registration
- Experience in a senior aged care role
- Have a passion for delivering superior service and making lives better
