Vivir Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business through strategic planning, client relationship management, and market expansion initiatives. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, generate, prospect and maintain close working relationships with new and existing clients, key stakeholders, and industry representatives.
  • Develop and implement new business strategies to maximise sales success.
  • Account manage new and existing clients and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to develop compelling marketing collateral, assets and messaging tailored to the sector and aligned with key business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, gaps in services, and untapped market segments within the sectors.
  • Attend relevant industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network, build brand awareness, and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Deliver presentations or participate in panel discussions to showcase the organisation's expertise and thought leadership.
  • Maintain a current knowledge and database of competitors, market penetration and business activities.
  • Ensure achievement of budgets and targets, including the accurate and timely performance recording and reporting of results figures and other information as required.
